Make the team with the advanced skills and knowledge demanded by high school baseball.
💪 Make sure your athletic ability (running ability and overall strength) is up to par.
🎯 Show off your baseball ability (throwing, catching, hitting, and the ability to make the routine play).
🤝 Prove your coachability (hustle, attitude, attentiveness, listening ability, and the ability to follow instructions).

⚾️ Make sure your throwing is on point! It's the number one reason players get cut. ⚾️

Don’t eliminate yourself before tryouts even begin. There are red flags that coaches avoid like the plague.
Don't have your mom or dad carry your bag or drink from the parking lot to the field. (seriously, it happens all the time and coaches can't stand it!!
